2.1. Service Not Initiated: If you have purchased an IT service and the service has not been initiated by our team, you may be eligible for a refund.

2.2. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality or outcome of the service delivered and can provide clear evidence of the deficiency, you may be eligible for a partial Refund which can be only decided by us.

2.3. Defective or Malfunctioning (Product or Service): If you receive a product or Service that is defective, malfunctioning, or materially different from its description or not according to the service contract, you may be eligible for a refund. We may require evidence, such as photographs/videos/or any evidence which can prove your point, to assess the issue. At the end Company has a complete authority to Decline the refund without giving any reason or whatsoever and Client cannot take any legal action against us. If Client took legal action then Company has right to claim complete loss amount and compensation.

2.4. Service Not Delivered: If you have purchased a service that was not delivered as described within the specified timeframe or not according to Contract or Scope of work, you may be eligible for a refund. This applies to services that have not been initiated or started.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Scenarios

3.1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind situations where the product or service has been accurately described and delivered as specified.

3.2. Service Already Initiated: Refunds will not be issued for services that have been initiated or are in progress. This includes services for which our team has already started work based on the agreed-upon terms.

3.3. Services in Progress: Refunds will not be provided for services that are in progress or have been completed as per the agreed-upon terms.

3.4. Client’s Change of Requirements: Refunds will not be provided due to changes in client requirements that occur after the service has been initiated.

3.5. Downloadable Digital Products: Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed will not be eligible for a refund.
